1. When Can You Request a Return / Replacement?
To initiate a return or replacement, please provide an unboxing video or product photo along with proof of the issue. We accept return requests if:

2. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
GogoPogo covers the return shipping costs for all eligible return requests.
3. How is the Refund/Replacement Processed?
Return & Refund Timeline:
- Upon receiving your complaint, we will verify and approve eligible returns within 2 working days
- Once approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately via your original payment method
- The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Replacement Timeline:
- After receiving your replacement request, we will verify eligibility within 2 working days
- For approved replacements, we will begin the shipping process within 3 working days
- The replacement product will be delivered within 4-7 days for all eligible orders
- All replacement items are shipped free of charge
