Return Replacement

1. When Can You Request a Return / Replacement?

To initiate a return or replacement, please provide an unboxing video or product photo along with proof of the issue. We accept return requests if:

  • The wrong product is shipped
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong size, color, or variant is shipped

Please reach out to us at care@gogopogo.app within 7 days of delivery with evidence of the issue. Our team will provide a replacement or refund based on availability.

2. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?

GogoPogo covers the return shipping costs for all eligible return requests.

3. How is the Refund/Replacement Processed?

Return & Refund Timeline:

  • Upon receiving your complaint, we will verify and approve eligible returns within 2 working days
  • Once approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately via your original payment method
  • The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Total time: Approximately 7-9 days from complaint to refund credit

Replacement Timeline:

  • After receiving your replacement request, we will verify eligibility within 2 working days
  • For approved replacements, we will begin the shipping process within 3 working days
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 4-7 days for all eligible orders
  • All replacement items are shipped free of charge

Total time: Approximately 9-12 days from complaint to replacement delivery
